In my opinion it's a very good product, and was sold to me at a much lower value than I would have paid for a new chair. The seller very kindly contacted me to dispatched it earlier than I was expecting, so it arrived within a couple of working days of placing the order. It's a heavy item, so the cost of delivery seems appropriate to me. I would definitely buy from RedHouse Computers again, and recommend others to do so as well.
