  After initial disappointment an approach from the seller with an offer of help to solve the problems I was encountering was gratefully received. After several iterations and considerable after hours time on his behalf, the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. There is no doubt that without the seller s voluntary assistance, beyond what I would call the normal sense of expectation, my problem would have remained unsolved.   Works! I have a Roberts Sound 200 and was looking for a way to stream music via Bluetooth. I’d already tried a few different products that didn’t work, so I was a bit hesitant about trying another one. I messaged the seller with a few questions, and they got back to me quickly with helpful answers. The item was dispatched as promised and, most importantly — it works perfectly!
