    I cannot be more effusive about the expert customer service I received with this transaction. After encountering an issue with the my order, I contacted the seller, who promptly replied and swiftly moved to make the situation right. They acknowledged the error and immediately dispatched a replacement. I have just received the replacement, which is impeccable, and would still give the seller a positive mark despite the glitch. Great professionalism.

    This item never arrived, so I contacted the seller, and the immediately said they would send a replacement as they had checked with the Royal Mail, and the package seemed to have gone missing.. The replacement item was delivered the next day, with still no sign of the first item. I would like to thank the seller for the super response they gave, and the excellent service, first class.

    Excellent item just as described & working perfectly. Sadly wrong charging cable was sent. Seller did offer to post a new plug & cable if I returned the one I received. Postage was only Β£3.45 sadly I was charged Β£7.35 which was a bit j necessary as a small box β€˜ bubble wrap doesn’t cost Β£4.
