    The seller sold me the entire computer for less than what I could buy the one part of the case I needed. The only damage that was on the item was clearly shown in the pictures, and the item was packaged well enough to ensure minimal damage occurred during shipping. The shipping speed was very agreeable. the seller provided me with a tracking number either the same day or the next day that I placed the order. Overall good experience, and I would do business with them again.

    I had some issues with the system, and I contacted the seller, and the seller agreed to send a partial refund so that I could take care of the issues that I was having Speedy delivery, reasonably priced, and awesome description—good seller to conduct business with.     Unfortunately, the video card didn't solve my problem (it was kind of a forlorn hope anyway) but that is not seller's fault at all. Item as described, looked good, shipped quickly, fair price, and good communication. I can easily recommend this seller.

    Shipping was pretty quick, the packaging was very good. As a described item, it was missing a component, BUT red door tech refunded me the money to be able to replace the part very honest vendor. The value was good. It was just what I needed as a home computer thank you very much and I would recommend this seller.
