    Got this for a themed party and it was a hit. Item was as described in perfect condition, except the bubble wrap was taped to the mug and left some residue behind that was tough to scrub off.

    A very nice and REASONABLE person. Good communication and GREAT customer service. I had a complaint and was pretty unfriendly about it. Now I regret that very much because I was MORE than taken care of on it. I will certainly do business with this seller again. In my defense, I am not used to being taken care of like this. The end result was simply remarkable.
