    Great sample. Well packaged. As described. Shipping time okay but tracking poor. Communication terrible. I was originally going to purchase 4-5 items. I messaged seller about confusion over combined shipping and a discount for multiple items I received no response after 4 different messages. Finally just got a single item.

    Item description was to the tee. Packaged with very good care, and on top of that , the shipping was very fast. Love the prices and the gorgeous products. Definitely recommend this seller.

    Item arrived quickly and was well-packaged. However, there is a significant defect on the specimen’s back that was not mentioned in the listing. Disappointed by the undisclosed damage, though communication was prompt. Improvements in item descriptions would enhance trust.
