  Exactly as described and supplied in retail packaging. Postage was instantaneous and multiple parcels were bundled together by Record Cycles to save postage costs which they refunded. I've bought from them a few times now and they have repeatedly provided great service and quality parts at really competitive prices. Highly recommend them

  First few days after my order the package had not been shipped and no communication. When they finally got back to me they apologised as they were short on staff and sent the package immediately and received it the next day at no additional cost. I must admit I can appreciate their honesty and there customer service to make it right. Will definitely use them again. Hard to find companies with integrity! Thank you RC Cycles!

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The seller had great communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed, and answered all my questions quickly.   Redcliffe Cycles is a proper company to do business with. The quality of the wheel arrived like new as stated in the listing. The value and cost I feel was also fair and accurate too! The appearance is as described and the anodized red looks primo! There was a rather large shipping issue but not at all by Redcliffe and solely lies with the USPS! Redcliffe actually reached their Australian postal service to help me figure out my carriers concern! I can’t say enough! Again, thanks Redcliffe 🙏 5⭐️
