    Laptop got shipped super quick. The seller packaged the laptop securely to the point where it could've fell out of the UPS truck, and STILL be in excellent condition. 5 minutes after owning it, I was the proud owner of a Macbook Pro (2020) for a steal of a deal. The laptop came exactly as described and the seller even had contact info, just in case if someone not tech savvy purchased the machine. Will definitely purchase again from them!

    Communication was fast, detailed and very helpful. Extra photos were sent to detail existing damage. Shipping was fast and reasonable. Although packing seemed well done and sufficient, the item was badly damaged in shipping. Upon notification, the seller immediately gave a full refund. Good seller!
