The package got lost in transit (UPS) but the seller was upfront and said it was likely to get lost again if re-sent, so a full refund was issued instead. Many thanks, I appreciate the quick responses and sorry it didn't work out.

I don't understand why my items arrived 6 hours after I was informed of their arrival, but they were dropped off this afternoon. I recently had a problem with an item that was allegedly delivered but the post office told my the tracking number used wasn't even for my address, so I'm concerned about possible fraud happening again, but not this time.

Delivery emails made no sense but I finally got my item. Yesterday it said the package was delivered by UPS which it wasn't. Today it showed up by Amazon. Bottom line, I got my order. Thank you

Merchant offered item for sale but never delivered. Bogus tracking number provided. Merchant has used this excuse multiple times with other customers:
“Sorry for this. Please accept our apologies. Upon checking your order. It has been lost in the transaction. So we have an option can we send a full refund. Because we think if we send it again it be lost again. So Refund is better.”
Beware of this merchant as you may not receive the item you purchased. A refund was issued to me.
