    I requested a refund as the item had not arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering, the seller issued a refund and, I did not solicit this, the item was shipped to me at no cost which I think is a great gesture and very kind. This trader has scruples and morals. There aren't many like them out there. I would certainly consider ordering from them again. The item is a good quality resin print in perfect condition, well packed in bubble wrap within shipping box, it looks great. Thank you.

    The item arrived well protected, but with flaws. The sculpt is great! The shipping time was good for custom 3D printed pieces from an international seller. The seller was very good to let me return it and issued an immediate refund. The sellers communication and customer service is top notch! Because of high shipping costs the seller let me keep the items. I will follow this seller and watch for future purchases. You can definitely trust this seller to make things right if there's a problem.

    very good quality mint condition and actually looks very good. Arrived very well packaged and no issues. Package arrived nearly a week later than advertised. however the team sent an email a soon as ordered to explain they have quite a few orders infront of mine and there would be a delay. They have been prompt and honest in any queries I have had. would recommend these guys.

    Originally sold on eBay for 28-30mm, seller kindly reduced them down to 15mm for my Flames of War stuff. The quality is excellent and arrived within two weeks, which allowing for the re sizing I feel is very acceptable. Communication great, highly recommended seller.
