  Product was as described. Bought on a Tuesday and not shipped until following Monday. It was packaged well. Seller discounted and apologized for the delay without me asking. Product was definitely worth the value.

  Seller took over a week to ship out the product, shipping wasn't free by any means. They packaged it a thin bag with no protection, again shipping wasn't free so you'd think they could spare a couple bucks for a box. Product was dirty and not as described with some stains that hopefully I can clean. Not a good value for the price since it's only slightly cheaper on Amazon brand new, which I should've purchased through to begin with.

  It is exactly as described. It dies have a bit of a "Downy smell.." it worked fine. It didn't terrify my semi cats who are still scared of me..arrived Timely despite winter weather storm. And it was well packaged. 5 out of 5.. great seller!
