  The item was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. However, item was advertised as brand-new, unopened in original packaging but arrived in a box packed by the seller. Having purchased MacKenzie Childs items in the past from different sources, items are packed and shipped in the original box labeling the contents on the outside of the box. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Overall, the seller experience was positive. The Haunted House is beautiful and I'm glad I purchased it.
