    It's in good working order, although a little scratched but that was disclosed in the item description. I don't believe the included bands are OEM, but I suppose including OEM bands on used watches wouldn't be feasible. To the sellers credit, he did send me two extra bands when I complained I received the wrong color and he didn't have to do that. So it is a good value. This is a good seller and I would buy from them again.

    Item was new open box and was provided as described (looks new). Shipping was expedited 2-day delivery across the country and arrived on time, well packaged to prevent damage. Excellent price and the transfer from my old device was seamless when I installed the old Verizon sim card.

    I received the watch, band, and charger and everything was perfect except for the charger. I had an issue with it. I contacted the seller for some suggestions, they wound up sending me a new charger. They were very quick to respond. Perfect interaction, amazing customer service. I will use the seller again. Both the original items and the replacement items were very fast to ship. It's wonderful to have received excellent customer service.
