  Seller shipped two iPhones. One worked great. The other due to manufacturer defect (not seller’s fault), didn’t work, but he promptly refunded for both the phone and shipping cost. This seller communicated well and handled everything in a professional manner. It’s easy to sell when things all go right but it’s when things go wrong that you see what a great seller is like. This seller is great and would trust him with other expensive purchases.

  The phone arrived in what appeared to be new condition, as advertised. Unfortunately, the phone was defective as it would not consistently read a SIM card, from either of 2 different carriers. I contacted the seller, and because the issue could not be resolved, I was promptly offered a full refund of the purchase price. I could not be more pleased in the manner in which this entire transaction was handled, both by the seller & by eBay. rcd9

  “Authentic”.brand new and sealed, everything looks great, just like on the description. Got it today and I,m totally happy with my purchase. A little hesitant at first, because of being my first time purchasing a iPhone on eBay, but I’m glad to have picked the right seller, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely purchase from this store again soon, great price, great quality products. iPhone came unlocked, just like the seller advertised on the description, out of the box and ready to work.

  Package arrived with double padded envelopes and shipped via Priority Mail Padded Envelope. Phone appears to be brand new and is the real deal. Can't say the same to the box and accessories. Excellent!!! 10 out of 10 stars worldwide!!! Would purchase from them again!!!

  Excellent seller and great communication. Item arrived safe with no damage. I really like their double box policy and not just sent with the original box directly to protect the original box (new item) and the subwoofer. Highly recommended! A++++
