    Seller shipped two iPhones. One worked great. The other due to manufacturer defect (not seller’s fault), didn’t work, but he promptly refunded for both the phone and shipping cost. This seller communicated well and handled everything in a professional manner. It’s easy to sell when things all go right but it’s when things go wrong that you see what a great seller is like. This seller is great and would trust him with other expensive purchases.

    I’ve had the device in my possession for a couple of days now and everything seems to be working great. The seller packaged the device in bubble wrap and it made it through shipping without any damage, looking pristine. I appreciate the expeditious shipping and excellent service. Will be shopping with this seller again.

    The phone arrived in what appeared to be new condition, as advertised. Unfortunately, the phone was defective as it would not consistently read a SIM card, from either of 2 different carriers. I contacted the seller, and because the issue could not be resolved, I was promptly offered a full refund of the purchase price. I could not be more pleased in the manner in which this entire transaction was handled, both by the seller & by eBay. rcd9
