  This was a seamless process. Very efficient in the marketing description of the product. The shoes were packaged securely in double wrapped plastic, and the postage was doable. The item arrived almost a week before the expected delivery. The shoes are beautiful and what I expect from this high quality sandal made in Portugal. I have several pairs of Massimo Dutti shoes and they are comfortable and wye catching to those who prefer quality. Great Seller and thank you for the note of appreciation!

  Excellent Seller! Seller went way out of their way to get me a gorgeous pair of designer shoes on time for a fancy event with me as holiday hostess for 160 people.   Item as described. Excellent communication (seems like he actually cares) shipping delays were due to the Post Office (verifiable) not the seller. Would be happy to deal with again. Worry free transaction.

  Shipping & packaging were fine, shoes like new. Only concern was that the color in the photo appeared darker than they were, more like a taupe. I probably wouldn't have ordered them if I had realized they were light beige, as I have others of the same color.
