    I am absolutely impressed with this merchant. We got a bad deal going because of shipping which is beyond our control. I tell him about it and he’s got the replacement parts in my hands right now. And guess what? Yep. The original (very late) shipment showed up today’s as well. Now I owe this merchant. No worries.
