Soni ordered them and they didn't arrive. After a couple of weeks so I got back to the seller and they responded immediately and sent them straight to me and they were here in two days. They are good quality and the condition of the product it perfect. Good value for money and in appearance they are good also. Good seller. Genuine mistake fixed very quickly

I ordered these about a week before Christmas. When they hadn’t arrived by the beginning of January I contacted the seller. They immediately sent me a replacement as the Royal Mail lost the first package. I haven’t used them yet but if they’re as good as the rest of their products I’ll have no issues.

The item got damaged in transit via the courier. Contacted the seller who offered a full money refund or a replacement item. Opted for the replacement item. With all the to-ing and fro-ing between the courier and the seller it took about two weeks to receive the replacement item. However, it's an excellent product and the service from Amy at R&C Components was brilliant - many thanks
