    **TERRIBLE E-BAY EXPERIENCE**This item was listed as "NEW" meaning unopened and sealed from factory according to e-Bay. When I received the item I realized it had been opened. Seller admitted it had been opened but refused to accept return. I would not put this Waterpik in my mouth knowing someone I don't even know has handled it. I have asked e-Bay to step in to get my refund.

    Appeal filed and won! Beware of this buyer/seller. I did make a mistake and list as New, but should have listed as New-open box! The box was opened to make sure all contents were still sealed by the Mfg which they were and the safety seal was on the closed & sealed bags in the box. Buyer filed a claim and I had to take the return back. When I received the box back I inspected it and the water tank was opened from the sealed bag & safety seal removed. Not returned in same condition. Be ware

    Shipped with care, the product is in good condition, the packaging was made well, the product is as described and pictured, and the value is fair. I wish shipping would be free. But I wanted this book eagerly that's why I paid $5 for shipping.
