  This is for my daughter‘s birthday, which she has not opened yet, but the mailman had to come in and hand us the box because the box got wrecked, even though it said fragile on it so we all know what that’s like sending a package in the mail like that so to my surprise when I opened it up, it was just fine!! Thank you for taking the care into putting the extra effort and making sure it was safe without that. It probably would’ve been destroyed. My daughter will love this!!

  Wow, not only was the shipment fast and exactly as promised, the packing job was phenomenal. Really great job and boxed in a well-built tray box to protect the pulls no matter what the shipping tried to do to them. The pulls themselves were in original packaging and immaculate. I rarely write reviews, but knew I had to when I saw my purchase.

  Unfortunately the package was lost in the mail. That’s on USPS not seller! Seller was very understanding and issued my refund. Great communication. Would work with again.
