  Item arrived broken. Problems with eBay website upload process in placing timely return request & offer to keep item but with appropriate discount for significant damage. Packaging was poor--no protection vs. crushing when s.t. put on top. Seller accused me of mischievous claim. Offered me silly low discount for amt. of damage. Had to use eBay leverage to process return. Seller reimbursed total cost in the end but this is the type of experience that would make me quit eBay if occurs too often.
