  This item arrived missing a critical piece( a knob) and I contacted the seller. They offered a full refund and I felt that a partial refund to cover the cost of replacement of that knob would suffice. The seller insisted I receive a full refund and keep the reel. What a great seller! I have added them to my favorites list. They went well beyond what was necessary to satisfy me. Thank you very much!
