  Very pleased with the side mounted castors. Also pleased with very good service. First package got lost in transit, so when informed of this they offered a refund or replacement. I chose the latter and had the package within a day.

  Item just as described and dispatched quickly. Delivery not so good. Item arrived from Amazon. eBay one-time receipt code was wrong, so had to take the package away and try again the next day. Fortunately, seller was helpful and second code worked.

  Item was good, but took 15 days to arrive. Seller told me they would track the item and let me know the problem (after 8 days), but I heard nothing until a week later having requested a refund, it arrived that day. The seller offers great value if you can wait a long time for delivery
