  Condition as new, so pleased I found someone selling individual buds after stupidly losing one myself. Arrived well packaged and two days before I expected. Great value and great quality service.

  Great communication and very speedy delivery. Also very quick refund when the earbud didn’t work as well as hoped. Great seller just sorry the earbud didn’t work so well. I’d buy from him again though. Good seller

  Incorrect item sent. Unable to say whether it was a mistake on the part of the seller as they have not responded to my contact. Item will be returned but I've had to do the return request. After a few days, still no contact from the seller. Not the best service for this item.

  Seller sent a refund after I had paid for this item, no reason given. I have bought from this seller before and had to chase delivery, they don't appear very professional and don't reply to e-mails.
