    I purchased a keyboard which arrived promptly. However, when I plugged in the keyboard, it would not work. I contacted the seller and was offered a replacement. I was then informed the seller did not have any keyboards. They felt confident in sending as a replacement, so offered me a full refund without requiring me to return the keyboard that did not work. Unfortunately the sell did not work out, but I highly recommend this seller for good communication and customer satisfaction.

    Item was exactly as described and came with everything listed. It was packaged very well and is in very good condition, it looks almost brand new. The price for the entire package was worth it! I would’ve spent almost twice as much, if I bought items separately to create this setup. I will definitely be conducting business with this company in the future!

    Excellent experience. The part was exactly as described and very well packaged. Delivery was very timely and cost of shipping was very reasonable. The part was a perfect fit and was installed within 1 hour of delivery. This was a 100% positive experience. Thank you!

    Seller was great. The item was not able to be located in their warehouse, but they kept in constant communication with me. After a brief period, they asked if I would like a refund, or to wait while they still attempted to locate the item in their stock storage areas. They refunded my money, and I told them that when they located the item to message me and I would be happy to purchase from them at that time. Very nice people. I will keep my word.

    Exactly as described, fast shipping conditions is new or like new. Packages well and no damage to the product shipped. I would definitely buy the the seller again
