  Wrong size sent. Started a refund request with a photo attached. The seller responded by asking why I wanted to return the boots. I told them to read the return request, as I don't think they read it before messaging me, and then finally the return request was approved. No apology given, which would've been the bare minimum, in my opinion.

  Item shipped quickly, packaged well, fair pricing especially for a 5 year old shoe that's not sold anymore. Due to the age some of the paper stuck to the crepe sole but nothing detrimental or at fault of the seller. Would reccomend.
