  The items listed in the box did not matched what I received. Contact seller and all she offered was a $6.00 discount. I ended up contacting eBay . I received the returned label and having to go to the post office to get a receipt as a proof. A total inconvenience for the buyer and not a very tactful seller! I bc we wouldn’t buy again from the seller :( seller should have checked items before mailing.

  Everything is fine, the hair trimmer was new! I got a new product for the price of a used one, so I'm very happy! The item is in excellent condition with no scratches and is brand new! As the seller stated, this trimmer was "returned item" but remains unused. The seller sent the item quickly and responded promptly. Everything works well, I've already used it a couple of times, and it's a pleasure to use. The seller is definitely a responsible person. Thanks a lot!
