    The item arrived on time. There was excellent communication from the seller, who was patient and very understanding of any concerns I had. The seller did an amazing job of packaging and insulating to insure against damage, including fragility stickers on the box. Unfortunately, in spite of all his efforts, the item came in broken. Within a few minutes the seller had reconciled the situation by issuing an immediate refund and a sincere apology. I highly recommend this 5 star seller!

    The pants arrived in new condition with tags just as described in the listing, correct size and everything. The color was slightly more vibrant in real life than in pictures. The shipping was fast and arrived with no issues. The item was packaged in plastic within the shipping bag to keep it safe. Overall I think it was a good value and would purchase again in the future.
