  Shipping was fast, packaging was impeccable, item arrived as described but did not fit my 2013 Cadillac ATS, this issue was on eBay s end. I had waited to take the splash shield off of my car until the replacement arrived as I only wanted to be under my car once. When it was discovered the parts numbers did not match seller gave full refund. Later found correct part that eBay warns will not fit my car. Lesson learned to always do that extra step of research.

  Seller reached out and gave me a refund for the product when the fitment issue was on eBay's end and not a result of the seller. I am in process of amending my star rating for the seller with their help on this sale.

  Alex was very accomodating offering to switch my part out that probably was damaged by the shipping people.   I can’t say enough about this Ebay seller!! I was very impressed with the handling of the entire transaction. Long story short there was an issue with my item when I received it however, seller took care of the situation very quickly and shipped out another item in no time. This seller really takes the time to package up their items very well with a lot of padding in order to assure your items do not get damaged in shipping. Definitely an eBay seller you can trust.
