Item was as described but packing shifted and hardly no cushioning at top of unit. Bulb didn't light, got 6 cycle red indication. I have no doubt it was tested as working. Seller did offer to refund, which was nice but I would have had to ship back on my dime. I bought a lamp module, installed it and projector works. Cleaned up adhesive, etc from top of case and it now works and looks like new.

Great doing business with Raki Computers. Very responsive used laptop with 8GB memory and a 256 GB SSD, description did state power supply and battery not included, so it was fairly priced. Screen is bright and I’ll switch to Windows 11 soon. Will be installing Linux soon, after adding another larger SSD. I’ve got a battery and a power supply en route, I will shop around for RAM and another larger SSD. VERY FAST SHIPMENT!
