    The condition of the lights was as indicated and the packaging was very functional to protect them from shipping damage. These lights should work well and was a good price. Will be pressing them into service right away. They shipped out quickly but the chosen shipper ended up with a two week delay in transit.

    The item (a Dell OptiPlex 9020M) arrived to my house as it was described; it was packaged well with a thick layer of bubble-wrap covering everything. It did *not* have a power cord, although, I might've missed the fact that was not included; so I will not hold that against the seller. Notably, I had some questions to ask (I'm newish to Ebay) and they provided some clarity for me. I would consider buying from RAKI Computers again if I ever needed another FoundryVTT server.

    Delivered exactly as offered...Item was misplaced by the USPS several times...Seller's communication was exceptional...responded instantly when contacted about the delay...this seller is AAAAAA++++++ Looking forward to doing more business...still giving 5 stars for shipping time...USPS is a joke

    Easy to work with, fast and easy transaction. Shipping was fast and prompt. Item arrived well packaged and in good shape. Shipping cost was a bit on the high side, but I think we've been spoiled with "free shipping". I would definitely buy from this seller again. Item arrived as described (even down to the tape markings on it). I am very satisfied.
