  Item (3/4 drive 1-1/18" socket) shipped very fast but item was ordered by mistake. I purchased a wrong size socket and wanted to return it to the seller (unused, still new in the same packaging) but the seller said no need to return and sent me a full refund for the it. So I purchased a right size (3/4 drive 1-1/16" socket) from the same seller. This is one of the best seller I've dealt with in a long time. Excellent customer service, will definitely buy from them again. Thank you!

  New as advertised and at a good price; but it took a long time to arrive. Not the seller's fault, but it was shipped on the 10th and didn't arrive until the 19th. That makes 10 days for it to make it from NV to PA. After a week, My worn out one failed (drilling bricks) before it arrived so I purchased one at Lowes to finish a tough job. Again, not the seller's fault. Be advised that his price is very good.

  Tool arrived On Time and with Very secure packaging. I had messaged the Seller prior to Making Purchase and They Responded Quickly and Answered my Question Clearly. The Tool is of Quality with a Red Anodized Handle, Blued Steel Clip Securing the T-30 Bit in Place. I Would Purchase from Again. Thank You

  Item arrived as advertised. Missing a few Nylon Lock Nuts from packaging, for final assembly. But that was probably due to the Manufacturer packaging, not the seller. Would recommend the seller for future purchases when and if the available inventory corresponds with my current needs.
