  A high quality BUrago model. It was New-In-Box, as advertised. The model was securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. It arrived in perfect condition.   Exactly as described. The set came in great condition and this was a great value. Shipping and packaging was good. My only gripe is that they put tape all over the paper pamphlet it comes with ruining it.

  Agreed! That is why I didn't even include the pamphlet in the listing, or the carrying case- I included them just as a courtesy "bonus" with purchase as they came with the lot when I purchased them. Anyway, I very much appreciate your purchase- just wanted to make it clear that the items listed were as described, the freebies just kind of tagged along for the ride.

  The serial card arrived as described. As far as shipping, it would have been nice to see the card shipped in an anti-static bag as well as having a bit more packing material to keep the card from moving around
