    When item gets to the UK it has to go through Langley HW Distribution Center where it can get held up for several weeks. In this case it was for almost 1 month ! The seller managed to get his postal service to speed them up and item was eventually delivered. The item is the RFI power supply filter plus fuse kit for Kenwood Transceivers. Many thanks to the seller for his help in this matter.
