    Item came as advertised (brand new, in box). Shipping time was as expected and arrived on time. Great price, cheaper than a lot of bigger stores. No seller communication that I saw, but there was never a need for it in this transaction. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

    Exactly as advertised. Arrived within 7 days of order. Received emails for order confirmation, shipping and arrival. Yonex tennis shoe were a little over price since this model is two years old but they are the most comfortable shoes for my feet.

    The package came incomplete without the appropriate size adjusting foam inserts. I received the glasses and the case only. I have emailed the manufacturer and they said they would send me the items that were missing. Because these glasses are meant to protect your face and they are expensive, the last thing I want it was to have to wait for the package to be completed so that I could use them.

    This is a revised feedback. Originally I left negative feedback about an item. Seller was very responsive and refunded me for the incomplete item within a few hours. Seller stands behind his items. There was a missing part beyond his control. Buy with confidence from seller knowing he will make it right if item sold is defective or incomplete.
