I bought this item, tried to have it shipped over night and emailed the seller since there was no option to do so when I made the purchase (over the weekend) On Monday I was able to contact them directly & state my urgency to get this item. The associate, Michael, told me that their Ebay sales are handled by another dept and is virtually automated. He told me that he could sell me another & send it right away and was able to cancel my order, when he didn't have to!
