    The vase I purchased was absolutely perfect, just as described and shown in the pictures. Item was shipped quickly, seller was very reasonable on the price,, it was packaged extremely welll, and arrived undamaged and beautiful. Great communication with Sandy,, she kept us up to date on when item was shipped and when it was arriving. I would n will be making futures purchases from this seller.     These expensive earrings arrived in a large USPS priority envelope. They were just thrown in this large envelope with no tissue, box or bubblepack and arrived in the mail with the posts bent almost completely off and no backing to hold them on the ears. I was appaled, and have notified the seller requesting a full refund. I can't believe the seller would just throw them in a large envelope with NO packaging and expect them to arrive unharmed! NO GOOD!!!!!!!

    Seller, at the time, felt packing would be adequate since the package was lined in bubblewrap n they items were small. I used a padded priority from USPS. Buyer left negative feedback prior to contacting the seller. This left no opportunity for the seller to take any actions such as a full refund quickly. Seller explained the refund process to buyer.
