  It took me 2 weeks to receive my item, and the seller offed to give me a credit. I never received the credit. The item works great, and it was as described. I'm just disappointed with the seller's response time. They have been slow and so far, they haven't honored what they said they would do.

  This hose showed up a day earlier than I expected, which was GREAT! It was boxed nicely and was brand new as described. Great seller! Will keep watching to see if I can use other items from this seller.

  Vendor advertised a "new" item. Vendor delivered "open-box" (distressed box) item at best, perhaps a "used" item, which could make a disappointing gift at best. This is a deceptive business practice or just a sign of poor business management. Past performance doesn't predict future performance of any business, nonetheless take caution because the vendor did not in this case.
