  This company did not send me the base plate that's advertised. I was sent some screws, bolts, and some random parts that didn't even make sense. Pics are attached. I was confused on what I actually received. I cant answer the question of quality of the product because i never received it. Thanks to Ebay I was able to receive a full refund but had to go through their appeals process to do so.
