  Again, you try to do right by people but they have it in their mind that all the world is against them. For 25 years, we always contact our buyers to confirm that they have ordered the correct part number to avoid the re-stocking charge and other options. Shipping was going to be delayed so we explained and gave him a full refund. Disbelieving, he ordered again the same day. We were still not able to get a unit to him without a delay so again a full refund was gladly given. Banned buyer.

  Do NOT buy from this company. They scammed me out of 800 dollars. Stay away from this company. The supposedly owner never answers your phone calls or emails. SCAM ALERT!!!!!

  As listed in the eBay records, the purchase was for $189 not $800! What else is not true... Newbie panic when first shipment of two switches was lost. 2nd shipment received quickly with no issues. We do our best to answer calls and emails, but as a small shop that still has to orders completed, it might take as much as 24 hours to respond. Our 25+ years on eBay tells us that this kind of unreasonable reaction is not the kind of customer we want. Buyer banned.
