  Don't waste your time with this seller. Cheaper on Amazon with one-day delivery (in my area). The item actually came thru Amazon, but with no tracking info and took 9 days. Communication was non-existent as questions sent to seller went unacknowledged. Finally, you are on your own with this seller as the ebay guarantee does not apply. First time in all my years on ebay where the guarantee did not apply.

  Item appears to have been purchased from Amazon, after I ordered it(& my payment cleared)from this seller, on ebay. I could've done that myself,&saved $10, but I wanted to purchase from a US-based seller(a feature in their listing). I ordered on a Thurs evening, then received no updates until early Wed morning, when seller sent a message, saying my order was being processed,&would be shipped soon. Item arrived Fri afternoon,in Amazon packaging. This whole experience was very strange & stressful.

  I purchase from them realizing that i made a mistake on the shipping I wrote with in a minute to them with the correct address and ask to confirm.they did not and sent to the wrong address. I recived it I wrong to them about it.She wrote back that the message was being recorded. Such attitude, instead of an apology, making it right for the mistake that's the massage they send . Very not nice or good business practice or good customer service.No one should purchase from them big 0 rating

  Because we have automatic messages that inform customers of their orders, one customer became quite irate and left a poor review. You never sent us any messages. eBay keeps a record of every message. We are attempting to ascertain why, even though the item was a mistake, you chose to keep it. We've requested that eBay ban you from our shop. I appreciate your untruthful criticism.
