  Wonderful communication and I mean WONDERFUL!! They messaged me back almost instantly when I reached out with a question about tracking. The item arrived well before the estimated window and the 5 piece Michael Jackson figures (using for cake toppers) are a great quality with attention to detail in the pain job.   Hello, I received the item and it was the same as described and pictured and I installed it and after testing it for a few days, I noticed that the gears didn't really work well and it slipped as the phone was turning. For it being brand new, I was an unsatisfied customer. I spoke with seller and they only gave me a partial refund for my issue. This is the reason why the post is neutral and not positive. Would of been negative if they didn't contact me back. Thanks for something at least
