  I suspected something wasn't right when they "shipped" the mask with no tracking number. I waited nearly a week before contacting the seller and was told it may have been lost in the mail and they would send another. I said no and wanted a refund. Their business address is in the U.S. but I think they ship from China. Not a good business idea. Their only saving grace was they did give a refund.

  Was sent the older version of the product, not the one pictured on her site. Contacted the seller, who told me to just it and I'd find they were the same. The products differ, I can get the older version in our store. My wife had more success with the newer version purchased in her stylists business (their last box.) How do we obtain the refund, and return the item sent.
