  Great transaction, the box was shipped upstide down and sustained damage but the part was just fine. Since I was on travel, the seller worked with me to verify it was good when I returned. Will deal with them again in the future. The shipping costs were very reasonable given the packaging and weight of the transmission.

  Our stove gave out on us. We decided for an used control board to fix it since the part is no longer manufactured. This seller was quich to answer our inquiries. The part was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent inside of a box for extra protection. It was shipped timely. After installed, we noticed it to be in perfect working condition. We have baked several meals since, just to make sure the part works in all modalities. The item was as described. We are very satisfied with our purchase! Thank you!

  Shipping was a little pricey - but the item was exactly what I needed. Vendor packaged it wrapped in about 100 USPS padded envelopes, then bubble wrapped, then in a cardboard box. It was shipped via USPS - they would have had to try really hard to break this ! Installed in 15 minutes. It took more time to unwrap it than to install it. We now can use our oven again. Thanks :)
