    The lot of items were exactly as described and the shipping was probably the best I’ve ever had. The items were tightly packed into a box and then that box was bubble wrapped and put into another box. When I purchased the items I thought the shipping cost was too high, but after getting the package I know why they charged as much as they did.

    Item was as described. Works great. Could use a lense cleaning, but the seller said that in the description, so no complaints! Wrapped in lots of bubble wrap etc so no issues with the packaging. It shipped very quickly (though I live pretty close to their location) and was definitely worth the money.

    The tripod was sent the day after purchase. It arrived in Poland 10 days later. The product was very well secured and packed. Everything was as described in the offer. A very successful transaction!

    Thanks for this. Great customer service. Heater element broke and they got it replaced and was able to hatch 20/20 chicks for my test run. Zach was wanting updates which means he cared for stuff he is selling. Customer service was great. Packaging was great. Shipping was fast. The value for this was great.

    This may be the best packaged item I’ve ever purchased from an eBay seller… and I’ve bought more than 1000 items over the years. I initially thought the shipping price was high, but it was absolutely worth every penny. This large and cumbersome item arrived very quickly in perfect condition, accurately described also. 100% recommend doing business with this seller, and I hope to do so again myself!
