The incorrect backpack was sent to me. I messaged the seller and they responded right away. They offered me several options with one of them being a full refund since they no longer have the backpack I originally ordered. I received my full refund in a quick manner which I greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for first off having the backpack in stock when no one else did but said they did. I love the look of the backpack and how it glows in the dark and turns into a skeleton. The backpack came in excellent condition exactly as described and wrapped up really nicely so no damage could occur to the backpack. The quality of the backpack is outstanding and the price was great! I will definitely purchase from this seller again!

I’m very impressed with the seller on the first bag got lost in. Transition said it was coming. It never came. Instead offering a refund shipped out another bag got it a couple days faster highly recommend very professional very understanding and was on top of everything definitely will be buying more bags from her in the future

This item is brand new and in perfect condition with tags . I was Amazed this item was packed in a plastic bag and surrounded with bubble wrap and secured in a box This is for our Granddaughters Birthday and came really quick after I ordered it . I would order from this seller again ! Thank You So Much
