      The Prius display arrived on July 31 about 8 days after the order. The item was well package and protected and appeared to arrive in excellent condition. I connected the received unit and verified that it is working in perfect order. I am very satisfied with the service at quick parts and the correspondence with the sales agent Rooni. The only minor suggestion I have is to clarify that the VIN needs to be communicated with the order to verify compatibility before it can be processed

      This item was damaged during shipping and after contacting the seller for a refund, there was no hesitation by this seller to refund me in full. It's nice to deal with sellers just as this seller with no pushback, just great customer service. Thank you Quickparts47. We will be back for more of your parts in the future.

      Contacted seller and he offered for me to return the item and this was it after waiting for him 5 days to send and actually get a tracking number then 2 weeks later to actually get the item. Then it shows up not as what I ordered and just down right nasty. Whoever wrapped it looks like they tossed it around in a pond then dragged it behind a truck down a dirt road.

      Thank you for sending the correct cluster. Previously I left a negative remarks because I didn t get a response from them. I apologize for jumping to any conclusion. The office was closed therefore I did not get a responses back from anyone. But, when I did, it was resolved in the most professional manner. I regret and retract every negative comment I made. I will definitely do business again. Again thank you for resolving my concerns.
