  Item exactly as pictured and described. Well-packaged for shipping. Shipping cost a bit on the higher side, and DHL held up the shipping seeking payment of import/customs fees, which I always decline paying because what DHL asks for is always more than what I end up getting charged at the door by the delivery person. But all good on the seller side of things. Happy with item.

  This pencil came packaged well and even was in a cute little box in case I was planning to gift it to someone else. The seller responded to my inquiry regarding the pencil quickly, and I was offered and issued a partial refund for a mistake in the listing. I really appreciated that.   Packed well but there was damage to the item that we repaired! However it is a beautiful antique chest that I am thrilled to add to my collection! I believe the problem was with the shipping service! The seller described its value and that matched the chest! Love it! Will buy from this seller anytime!
