  The first item came damaged and the seller immediately responded to my message and sent a new one, shipping was quick, packaging was wonderful and safe.   The item was packed and packaged very well! It shipped the next day and arrived in a few days from Ohio to Oklahoma in perfect condition. The seller was quick to respond with questions. It was worth every penny and was exactly what I expected it to be based on pictures. I am confident I will find something else to purchase from this seller!

  Very fast shipping. Packaged professionally and very securely. Phenominal customer service. Had an issue with the electrical board. Responded to my email almost immediately and quickly remedied the problem. The item itself is beautiful, very fairly priced and represents some excellent craftsmanship. I don't buy a lot of reproduction items but this one is gorgeous and very happy to have it.

  Seller was easy to deal with, shipping was done in a timely manner,. Was packaged securely so no breakage. The unit came as described and I like that you can make it flash, fade, etc. Nice value for what I had paid for it, nostalgic looking.
