  Bought a RTX5090 Graphics card. Had some tense moments when it looked like it may be lost with USPS.. Worked with the seller who responded promptly. It eventually showed up, and as described. The seller is great, just wish they used a different carrier for such an expensive item. I will leave 5 stars shipping for the seller getting it out, but not for the Postal service.

  I received in bad condition. The package was open and unprofessional packing. Some fixing part was missing. The stand screws was missing. Product manuals disappeared. I'm totally disappointed.

  The laptop I received didn’t meet the specs listed in the selling at all. It only has 32 gb of ram when it said 64. It has a 4060 instead of the 4070 listed and it only has 1 tb of SSD when it was listed as 2. In addition to that the listing said “it has never been used but has been opened” this clearly isn’t true as there it wear and chips all over the laptop as well as dirt and hair inside the fans and under the keys.
